Plate Load

A single plate load test was performed on the subgrade top in April of 2010.  A 30 inch diameter plate was hydraulically loaded with the resulting deflection measured.  The testing provided:

k = 10/0.09

k = 111 psi/inch

kc = 115 psi/inch
