Quick Response to Field Encountered Problems John F. Kennedy R/W 13L Lead-In Lighting System

This project was performed in response to an AEA-431 request to provide possible solution to problems encountered with the John F. Kennedy Airport R/W 13L (Canarsie) Approach Lead-in Lighting System.  The results suggest two techniques for increasing the system effectiveness.
