Quick Response Evaluation of Flashing Helipad Approach Lights

This project was 'performed in response to an AAP-550 request for evaluation of flashing helipad approach lights. It describes the results of flight tests performed and analyzes the differences in system effectiveness when steady burning and sequenced flashing modes of operation are used.
