Evaluation of Low-Cost Omidirectional Lights for Nonprecision Approach Runway Lighting

Low-cost omnidirectional runway lights were evaluated for nonprecision instrument approaches and circling approaches at night in Visual Flight Rule (VFR) conditions and with visibility conditions as low as 1 l/2 miles.
