Members of the Airport Technology Research & Development Branch (ATR) served as panelists for the Tech Talk Tuesday speaker series On September 19, 2023. Organized by the Office of NextGen, the series explores innovative topics to encourage the transfer of knowledge and ideas across the FAA.

Dr. Navneet Garg, Dr. David Brill, Wilfredo Villafane, and Mat Brynick of ATR’s Pavement Section presented on Sustainability and Innovation in Airport Pavements. The session highlighted findings from ATR’s research and explored potential implications for the construction and maintenance of airport pavement.
