Mat Brynick of the Airport Technology Research & Development Branch (ATR) was selected to participate in the Department of Transportation’s Leaning Into Leadership Event. The two-day interactive program develops and builds senior leadership skills to support the Department’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) goal to diversify the executive leadership pipeline. Training such as this is crucial to enhancing FAA recruiting and retention efforts. The event took place on June 14-15 in Washington, DC.
