PhD Thesis Defense Panel

Dr. Navneet Garg from the Airport Technology Research & Development (ATR) branch served on a PhD thesis committee at the University of Nevada, Reno on June 25, 2024. The candidate, Nicole George Elias, successfully defended her thesis, Advancing FAA Asphalt Mix Design: Evaluation of Rutting Mechanical Tests for Balanced Mix Design, and will be joining the faculty at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
