Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing (eVTOL) Aircraft Operational Testing

Ryan King and Russ Gorman, researchers from the Airport Technology Research & Development (ATR) Branch, collected operational performance data from an electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft original equipment manufacturer (OEM) in Frankfurt, Germany on May 9, 2024. King and Gorman then met with representatives of another eVTOL OEM in Munich, Germany on May 17, 2024 to discuss potential future operational performance data collection.
